Chakra in the title means wheel or circle and refers to the horizon. Chakravarti is the master of all that he surveys.

1)Chakravarti knows that all human beings in his kingdom want to feel significant and seek status, a role, and responsibility.

2)He knows that the value of people comes from what they possess (Property, talent, skills) which is measurable.

3)He values rules as, without rules, the world is no different from the jungle where only the jungle king is considered right.

4)He seeks stability, certainty, and predictability.

A Chakravarti's gaze is that of a leader who stabilizes an already established organization and shapes the destiny of his people.
